Review
This is another humorous picture book from the author of Where's My Teddy? and It's the Bear. Eddy is feeling sad, he has no- one but his teddy, Freddy to talk to--and Freddy can't talk. The Bear is also sad, he has no-one but his teddy either. The Bear's teddy can't talk either. But one day Bear gets a big surprise when it appears his teddy can talk after all. Eventually Eddie and the Bear become friends so neither of them is lonely any more. This is a wonderful, heart-warming story of friendship with plenty of humour, both in the easy-to-read text and the large colour pictures. Young children will enjoy sharing this story with adults, and will soon be able to read it on their own. -- Philippa Reece
