About the Author
John Torode is best known as the co-presenter of BBC's very successful MasterChef. John also runs two restaurants: Smiths of Smithfield, a restaurant in the heart of London's only working meat market and The Luxe in Spitalfields, another historic London market. He broadcasts regularly and contributes food articles to many magazines and newspapers. John Torode's Beef was published by Quadrille in 2008 to huge critical acclaim. Author Location: London
