About the Author

Peter Forrester is a Director and head of service charge consultancy at international property consultants Savills and is an acknowledged industry expert and outspoken advocate of best practice in the management and administration of service charges in commercial property. As a member of the industry wide working party he made a significant contribution to the RICS's Commercial ServiceCharge Code of Practice. He is also co-author of Residential & Commercial Service Charges: A Surveyor's Handbook and contributes to RICS Books' online service isurv.
