The aim of this guide is to expand and explain how the "Red Book" works in practice. It will help surveyors find their way through the standards, appendices and guidance notes and look at some of the more complex issues. Detailing some of the day-to-day questions which arise, the guide is not intended to be an abridged version and should always be read in conjunction with the "Red Book".
