About the Author
Richard Drabble QC, Barrister, 4 Breams Buildings, practises in public law, planning and other local government matters. He has appeared many times before the European Court and Commission. He is Chairman of the Administrative Law Bar Association and a member of the Planning and Environment Association.
James Maurici, Barrister, 4 Breams Buildings, is assistant editor of Judicial Review, and a part-time lecturer in EC law at Hertford College, Oxford.
