About the Author

Ben Reed has mixed cocktails all over the world, including stints in Hong Kong and South Africa. Former bar manager of the fashionable Met Bar and Woody s in London he is now the executive director of IP Bartenders. His popular column Barfly ran in The Times Magazine and he has been featured in a wide range of publications including Vogue, Red and GQ.
