This is the fourth edition of this popular book, which has been used as a standard by a number of consultancy practices as well as by individuals.The experience of working with them shows where the challenges arise and in each succeeding edition of this book I have sought to address their needs as I have come to understand them better.
As an author, I realise that structure is as important as content in putting material across and I think that the combination of process plus underpinning skills covered in this edition is very powerful.
About the Author
Calvert Markham is the Managing Director of Consultancy Skills Training Ltd. A practising management consultant with 30 years' experience, Calvert is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy and is President in 2004. He has considerable experience in training and supervising consultants.
