Synopsis

This is an assessment of the al-Qaeda terrorist organization, and in particular how the network's set up in Britain played a major role in building the organization throughout Europe. It is written using court documents not presently in the public domain and therefore contains exclusive and often controversial information. This includes the documents put together by the police for the prosecution of the al-Qaeda Leicester cell. It shows how the cell lived off social security while setting up a business cloning and faking credit cards. The group bought their cars at auction in Scotland and were preparing a major terrorist attack. Its north African Arab members, who were skilled credit card fraudsters, were in close contact with other groups in Spain, Holland, Belgium, Italy, France and Germany and co-ordinated their actions. A second set of documents relate to the prosecution of a British citizen of Anglo-Nigerian background who set up a physical training organization for Muslim militants. This organization, al Khilafah, offered full military training, including weapons training trips in the USA.
