Review
Picture This is a stunning picture book for the very young, filled with warm colour and a unique crackle-glazed style of illustration that gives a fresh and unusual take on a child's first word book. Words and pictures are cleverly combined to give clear, simple meaning to everyday words, and key images are repeated throughout the book to give a sense of continuity and familiarity.
Alison Jay's stylish, delicate visuals add an air of sophistication to a familiar theme, making Picture This perfect for parents and children who enjoy curling up together to explore the wonder of words and pictures. (Ages 3 to 5) --Sarah Taylor
