Synopsis

In the picturesque Cornish town of Falmouth, a chance meeting develops into a friendship between Beth, her young son, Harrison and her neighbour, Maureen.

However, Beth is unaware of Maureen's growing obsession with Harrison, or that Maureen considers him a surrogate for her dead grandson. Beth's arrest for murder, in what appears to be an open and shut case, sees her imprisoned and reliant on Maureen for Harrison's care.

But can Beth find the help she needs to prove her innocence, regain her freedom and be reunited with her three-year-old son?
