Dr Tony Patel was born in Malawi and educated in the UK. He is a historian and researcher who has written previous books on the history of both Malawi and Ireland. John Stretton Weeks was born in the UK and taught geography for many years. He has now retired to Malawi where he has continued his passion for researching stories from both World Wars
