Synopsis

You feel like a mess, don't ya? That's ok. We all do.

But really, we're all just chaotic, beautiful, messy, magical souls wrapped in skin, trying to figure out this thing called life. Imperfect squishy humans.

If you feel overwhelmed, like the fun has been sucked out of life, that you are constantly trying to people please but never quite measuring up, lost, unworthy of love or just not quite “enough” then you’ve found this book at the perfect time.

In Already Enough, Mirrie, a self-confessed swamp-thang and advocate of all types of self-love, shows us the perfection of imperfection. That now is the perfect time to connect and align with your Higher Self and see the way she sees you.

Powerful. Full of possibility. Infinite. Loveable. Worthy. Enough.

So, fasten your seatbelts, because you're in for a rollercoaster ride with breath-taking shit-stained scenery, smeared with the searingly candid truth bombs (some nukes) that Mirrie has gleaned from her self-hatred to committing to unconditional self-love every single day journey. Along the way, she challenges deeply rooted fears and belief systems with honesty, strength and humour, and challenges you to ask yourself the following questions...

• What if you got to know yourself better, truly know yourself?
• What every day magic would unfold if you actually gave a shit about yourself?
• What if you totally let go of other people’s expectations of you?
• How would having a kind inner voice change your life?

And then, she challenges you to ask yourself the most important question of all....

What if, without changing anything, you could believe that you are Already Enough?
