Jess Henley has been working as a psychotherapist for the past ten years and runs her own private practice in London. She completed her training and Transpersonal Psychotherapy Masters at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE). She believes that the key to learning is to be constantly questioning and that curiosity can enable healing and personal growth in any situation. She is a published journalist and writes a regular therapy column.
