This book inspires readers and provides hope during the current pandemic and after, since the effects of stress and anxiety will linger long after people return to routines. Writing continues to be a valuable resource, and has become even more important during times when people are isolated. Using writing as a healing method allows patients to create new perspectives of their healing processes and professionals to propose new methods of healing that promote and maintain a positive outlook.
This book is ideal for writing instructors, physical therapists, teachers, therapists, psychologists, mental health professionals, medical professionals, counselors, religious leaders, mentors, administrators, academicians, and researchers.
