We athletes invest a lot of time and effort into playing sports and having a social life and perform well in school so I thought that if I shared my failures and successes it might help someone else.I’m 15 and I know I am not the best writer and I probably have lots of poorly worded writing and misspellings, but don’t let my mistakes stop you from getting a lot of valuable tips and help from this book.How to use this book:1.Read it and keep it throughout your playing season. I gave you a fill in the blank worksheet at the end of each chapter with my top 10 questions. Fill in the blanks to the questions, yeah it’s ok to write in this book, so you can remind yourself how you handle the tougher times while you’re playing.2.Then I hope you can just give the book to someone else, maybe a younger student that is struggling or needs some help. Giving them the book with your writing in it will help them out too.3.Then I’d like you to write your own book and this book will give you a head start. I gave you a bunch of questions and I am sure you can make ever more and even better questions for yourself. Then have someone ask you the questions and you answer the questions and record it and have it transcribed and then you’ve got the makings of your own book.
