Maria Rutherford is a full professor at Bluegrass Community and Technical College and the president of the Kentucky Association for Education of Early Childhood. She holds a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from Capella University and an M.Ed. in educational leadership and administration from Regent University.
Patricia Lefler Teeple is a retired professor from Bluegrass Community and Technical College. During her academic career, Dr. Lefler Teeple taught a variety of courses across the academic disciplines of psychology, family science, and health. She holds a Ph.D. in health behavior from Indiana University and an M.S. in counseling psychology from the University of Kentucky.
