About the Author

Webb studied Hospitality Management at The Colchester Institute before becoming a Lecturer in Hospitality Management and later Operational Management, gaining a Cert Ed and a PGCE along the way.  With over forty years’ experience in the design, development and delivery of learning across all age ranges and in all settings, that experience has been invested into this Concise Guide to support the Level 3 Award in Education and Training and the TAQA Units in quality assurance.  This is the seventh book the author has written, and these are widely used in all types of educational organisations.
