**The multimillion-copy bestselling Little People, BIG DREAMS series**
Discover the life of Bruce Lee, the martial artist and Hollywood film star, told in an inspiring biography for kids!
Born in San Francisco and raised in Hong Kong, Brue Lee was introduced to the film industry as a child by his father. After getting into trouble as a teenager, his father sent him to live in America where he taught martial arts—but his dream was to be an actor. However, starring roles were hard to come by for Asian-American actors in Hollywood. Nevertheless, Bruce went on to act in blockbuster hits—often featuring his skill as a martial artist—and he became the first global Chinese movie star. Though his life was cut short at age 32, his profound impact on film and martial arts continues to influence pop culture today.
This inspiring book features stylish and quirky illustrations and extra facts at the back, including a biographical timeline with historical photos and a detailed profile of the great actor's life.
