Anne Westcott is a clinical social worker and has dedicated her career to addressing the impact of chronic stress and trauma on people, young and old. Anne is committed to helping clients, caregivers and clinicians understand the importance of the body in healing from developmental trauma. She is a senior faculty member of the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute, and co-developer of The Trauma Center's SMART program. Anne lives in Concord, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters, and loves to be outside and moving, no matter what the weather.
C.C. Alicia Hu is a practicing psychologist in Moscow, Idaho, and Pullman, Washington. Growing up with manga (comics) in Taiwan, Alicia enjoys using metaphors and role-play in her clinical work. She is a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Training Level II graduate. Alicia is also interested in bringing simple yoga and qi-gong movement practice to facilitate centering experiences with her clients and students.
