About the Author
Alexandra Rose is Curator of Earth Sciences at the Science Museum, and lead curator of Science City 1550-1800: The Linbury Gallery. Dr Jane Desborough is Curator of Scientific Instruments at the Science Museum and co-curator of the permanent gallery Science City 1550 1800: The Linbury Gallery.
