Tara holds a BSc in Biomedical Science and a PhD in Neuropharmacology from King’s College, London and a medical degree (BM BCh) from Oxford University. She is a senior lecturer at MIT Sloan, visiting senior lecturer at King’s College and she also she teaches at Oxford Saïd Business School. She is the co-author of Neuroscience for Leadership (Palgrave), winner of the 2016 CMI Management Book of the Year. In 2016 she was named as Neuroscientist-in-Residence at the Corinthia Hotel, London.
