The Huaiyang Cuisine is a well-known cooking style of the regions surrounding the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River, derived from the region surrounding the lower reaches of the Huai and Yangtze Rivers, centered upon Jiangsu, An?hui, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and some areas of Jiangxi and Henan.
