Barrington Barber presents a wide range of interesting subjects for improving artists to learn from. Each subject is broken down into four easy-to-follow steps plus a final, finished drawing. The reader is then invited to make their own version of the subject, with concise accompanying captions and thumbnails of Barrington's steps on hand to guide and inspire. Preliminary exercises in line and tone, perspective and proportions are provided to equip readers with the techniques necessary to tackle the projects with confidence. Draw 50 Things is a relaxing way to discover and then develop one of life's most rewarding skills.
