The time-bending images in The Paper Time Machine have been painstakingly restored and rendered in full and accurate colour by Jordan Lloyd of Dynamichrome, a company that has taken the craft of colour reconstruction to a new level. Each element of every photograph has been researched and colour-checked for historical authenticity.

Behold American child labourers from the early twentieth century, alongside the construction of the Statue of Liberty. Jordan J. Lloyd does colouring in for a living. He collaborates with many archives and museums across the world, and his work has been exhibited in London, Dresden and New York. He lives in London.

Wolfgang Wild is the creator of Retronaut. He has written three Retronaut books, the first with National Geographic, and curated two Retronaut shows, including a four-month exhibition in 2016 of New York historic panoramas, on 5th Avenue, New York City. He lives near Oxford, UK, with his wife, Annie, and their two children.
