About the Author
Dr Yuri Felshtinsky was a Fellow of the Hoover Institution, University of Stanford. He wrote bestseller Blowing up Russia (‘Crucially important’ Prof. Robert Service, Oxford University) with Alexander Litvinenko; Colonel Vladimir Popov was a KGB officer until he emigrated to Canada where he currently lives as a political refugee.
