About the Author
Alex Bevilacqua is an open source developer with a number of Redmine plugins out in the wild. He has been writing software professionally for the better part of 15 years, and has written production systems in languages ranging from VisualBASIC and C# to Python and Ruby. An advocate for free software and open standards, Alex is currently working as a senior application developer, focusing on process automation.
