Bob Babbitt is the co-founder of Competitor Magazine, which began in 1987 and showcased the sports of triathlon, cycling and running. He is the creator and co-host with Paul Huddle of Competitor Radio. Babbitt completed his first Ironman Triathlon on the island of Oahu in 1980. He has completed six Ironman events, all in Hawaii, and over 300 total triathlons, all of them very slowly.
