About the Authors

Sophie Collins is a writer, editor and pet owner who has authored more than a dozen pet behaviour books, including the bestselling Tail Talk (2006, translated into 12 languages), Why Does My Do Do That?, and Tricks and Games for a Smarter Dog (2016), which won the Training Books catergory in the annual awards of the Dog Writers' Association of America.

Dr Karen L. Overall is an author and is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Veterinary Behaviour: Clinical Applications and Research. She has a PhD in Zoology.
