About the Author
John Farrelly is a seasoned expert with a distinguished career spanning four decades. He has extensive experience in the areas of community development, youth work, research, education, and analysis of social policy. Helen Dwyer is a renowned poet and writer. She has served as chairperson of the Irish Writers’ Union for three terms and was on the board of the Irish Copyright Licensing Agency and the Irish Writers’ Centre.
