About the Authors
Andrew Steven is a lecturer in law at the University of Edinburgh
George Gretton has held the Lord President Reid chair of law at Edinburgh since 1994. Between 2006 and 2011 he was a member of the Scottish Law Commissioner. He has broad interests in law, one them being property law.
