It has a 3-card template on one side, with a place for dates and deck name, plus a reflections space. The other side of the page is for notes and thoughts or a place to record your question or problem of that reading.I have found that sometime it helps to get a look at the bigger picture in life by flipping back and seeing what was happening last week or last month and see if that gives you any insights into your present situation. Yes, its great to use apps and photos as a record, but I do find its great to know what was going through my head on that day in that reading.I hope you find this little book helpful and enjoyable.
