Synopsis

Professor Richard Weissman, a brilliant Nobel laureate in quantum physics, is certain he has gone crazy when he wakes up 200 years in the future. As he continues to be brought backwards and forwards in time, he is shown an incredible world where a mysterious entity called Alma cares for the human race and ensures peace and prosperity across national borders. Alma tells him that he must take knowledge from the future back to his present day, ensuring that humanity will progress and that the very future he has now seen will come to pass. As he continues to question his sanity and the wisdom of meddling with space-time, he learns things he could never have dreamed of: the nature of reality, the key to unlimited energy, the secret to time travel... But even time travel is not limitless; when Richard faces some unexpected decisions, his time begins to run out, and he only has one comfort: Alma knows everything.
