About the Author

Lynn Berg has been a very active member of ACBL for over 55 years. During that time, she has experienced the world of bridge from the perspectives of player, educator, club and tournament director, unit and district official and club manager. She is a Sapphire Life Master, was head of the ACBL Education Foundation, is a monthly contributor to the ACBL Bridge Bulletin and a popular director and teacher on cruises. She is currently the club manager for Deland Bridge Club, Florida, where she directs, teaches or plays on most days of the week. She also enjoys reading, knitting gardening, cooking and any kind of travel. She likes to say, "If I am in the room, someone is having a good time!"
