About the Author
Sarah Key has been practicing the management of spinal and skeletal joint problems for three decades. She has a clinic in Sydney and also sees patients in the UK, where she is physiotherapist to the Royal Family. Sarah is the author of two previous books, Back in Action and The Body in Action.
