Synopsis
World War II gave rise to some of history's most gripping stories of courage and heroism. About the Author
Thomas J. Craughwell is the author of more than fifteen books, including Stealing Lincoln's Body (Harvard University Press, 2007), and Saints Behaving Badly (Doubleday, 2006). He has written articles on history, religion, politics, and popular culture for The Wall Street Journal, The American Spectator, U.S. News & World Report, Emmy magazine, and Inside the Vatican. Tom has appeared as a guest on CNN, the BBC, C-SPAN, The Discovery Channel, Inside Edition, and over 150 radio programs. In February 2009 the History Channel aired a two-program based on Stealing Lincoln's Body. Tom Craughwell lives in Bethel, Connecticut.
