Violet Plum, who studied Law, English Literature and Creative Writing with The Open University, is a hill hiking, Scrabble playing, chocolate scoffing story lover who is best known for writing and illustrating vegan-friendly comics and picture books in which the heroes don't eat meat, drink milk, go fishing or wear leather jackets. She is also the author of the funny Luke Walker: animal stick up for-er series of short stories and a small collection of fairy tales.
