I help people get unstuck. Life challenges arrive at the most inconvenient and awkward times. When life seems to come to a grinding halt, I can help you find the ray of sunshine and move from darkness back to a place of discovery and hope.My ability to do this comes from both personal and professional experience. I've been through the wringer personally and I am something of an empath.
