  • Walking meditation
  • Working meditation
  • Eating meditation
  • Deep listening and mindful speech
  • Creating a home altar
  • Bowing

“Meditation doesn’t have just one form,” Claude AnShin writes. “It is not only something we do seated on a cushion or chair. It is a way of life.” Applied Zen is a pithy, inspiring guide for readers seeking to establish or deepen their meditation practice.
