He belonged to the Masons, the Bunker Club, the Grand National Quail Club, and the California Indians, expanded his circle of friends and broadened his perspective. This is not just a story of accomplishments; rather it is accumulated memories of the dozens and dozens of wonderful friends who guided and propelled him on his life's journey.

Some accounts will tell of lives that he may have helped shape, and even those individuals also shaped his life through growing up, attending school, serving in the USAF, and competitive shooting.
