Synopsis

Sedona Blue takes a trip with their family to see the statues and wild animals of Sedona. They find the statues easily enough, but as for the animals, not so much. At the end of the day, the family finally reaches the statue that Sedona Blue has wanted to see for a long time, that of "Tex" The Vortex Kid.

As Sedona Blue is looking at the statue of a legendary boy named Tex, a feeling of mystery is the only warning until Sedona Blue is swept into a magical vortex that surrounds the statue. 

Before they can comprehend the situation, the two find themselves in a completely different realm, and to their astonishment, Tex is no longer a lifeless statue, but a living, breathing boy.

Tex uses his magical powers to show Sedona Blue the area's wild animals: mule deer, javelinas, quail, coyotes, black bears, a mountain lion, and a bobcat. They also explore different vortex locations throughout Sedona, Arizona.

As the adventure draws to a close, Sedona Blue and Tex have formed a bond that transcends time and space. When they bid farewell, their hearts are heavy with the bittersweet realization that an entire lifetime of adventure has unfolded in less than a moment.
