About the Author

Sarah Stockett is a broken neck survivor, mom, wife, Pilates and yoga teacher, YouTuber, and blogger. When she's not teaching, she's researching the best ways to get rid of pain. Her research took an unexpected twist when she broke her neck June 30, 2017. Although she has recovered fully from her injury, providing helpful suggestions for pain relief to others is her passion.
