Welcome to Volume 2 of our Link Words puzzles. These puzzles are perfect for testing your vocabulary and while they are simple to understand and play, they can prove surprisingly tricky to solve. Patience and perseverance are key to solving the link word puzzles!
Requiring no pen or pencil but simply your brain and perhaps a little lateral thinking, these puzzles are ideal word teasers to get your mind thinking. The logic behind link words puzzles is as follows: you are presented with three words, and must find a word that links them together, as the name of the puzzle would suggest. The length of letters in the word is given as a clue for each question.
Be aware that the link word can come either before or after the words to make new words or a phrase on each occasion. As an example: which six-letter word links the following: a) TABLE b) CUP c) BREAK? The answer is 'coffee', to make coffee table, coffee cup and coffee break. So, as you can see, solving link words requires you to possess a very good vocabulary. The solutions are included at the back of the book to give you a helping hand if you find you get stuck on any of the puzzles. We hope you enjoy the 100 link words puzzles contained within this book!
