About the Authors

Jose Silva began his research into the mind and human potential in 1944 and began finding ways to help his children improve their test scores and earn better grades in school. During the next 22 years he helped many people in his hometown of Laredo, Texas, to change their lives for the better with the groundbreaking techniques he was developing.
This book has those techniques, the way he researched them, with the exact words he chose for the formulas that have now helped millions of people worldwide to make the rest of their life the best of their life.



Ed Bernd Jr. grew up in the newspaper business and said he was way beyond skeptical about ESP - he was certain that it didn't exist. Ed says that he has used his ESP virtually every day since he attended that first Silva program back in 1975. He became a Silva instructor in 1977, and was invited to join the Silva world headquarters staff in 1981 as an instructor and editor of the company newsletter.
