Synopsis
In the real world, Remmi Gunner had the good luck to get in with the cool kids and skate by. That was, until he grew up and his mind had a say in the matter—a gnawing social anxiety, an almost artistic toppling of gravitas in public or around girls. He craved the security of the indoors, where he could be a champion without any of that hubbub—a champion of video games. And he happened to learn from a legendary pro gamer: his sister. This fact scored him a ticket and a lot of money to participate in the Adventure Point beta, the newest game experienced fully in a virtual augmented world. Because he’s a leader there, he can stand on par with his sister. But what is Remmi to do when the virtual world becomes too real? Or the worlds start to blur?
