Synopsis

In "A Course in Miracles" Jesus says: If you are willing to renounce the role of guardian of your thought system and open it to me, I will correct it very gently and lead you back to God. I will teach you and live with you if you will think with me, but my goal will always be to absolve you finally from the need of a teacher. Your worth is not established by teaching or learning. Your worth is established by God. Nothing you do or think or wish or make is necessary to establish your worth. This point is not debatable except in delusion. Your ego is never at stake because God did not create it. Your spirit is never at stake because He did. Any confusion on this point is delusional, and no form of devotion is possible as long as delusion lasts. – Jesus from A Course in Miracles
