Synopsis
A sacrifice must be made.
Centuries ago the Kingdom lost the war against the Angel. Now the Angel’s demons infest the land, and only a sacrifice made every ten years can appease them.
It’s the Deliverer’s job to make sure the Sacrifice reaches her destination safely, and the time has come again. But not everyone agrees with the tradition, and many oppose the Capital’s extreme methods.
But what will happen when the Deliverer, the stalwart symbol of the Capital, begins to have doubts of his own?
Can he bring himself to fulfil his duty? Or will he succumb to temptation, once and for all?
The Deliverer is a standalone dark fantasy novel set in the Born of Nephilim universe. All stories set within this universe can be read independently of each other.
