The weight loss tracker is one page at the front of the journal. You shouldn’t weigh yourself every day, the 31 lines are more than enough.

The weekly fitness log has a line for each day of the week. There are three columns to keep track of the type of exercise, the duration, and the distance travelled if you walked, jogged, biked, or swam. At the bottom is a blank space for extra notes.

Next comes the shopping list, one for every week. It’s exactly what it says it is. Why carry an extra notebook for your shopping list? Or write it down and take a photo with your phone before you go to the grocery store.

Then comes the meat and potatoes of the food journal – the daily food tracker. At the top you write your meals and snacks for the day, broken down to breakfast, lunch dinner, and snacks. Then there are eight glasses of water to check off as you drink. You can always drink more!

Your mood is tracked with smiley faces and when you’re really feeling good, a dancer! Next to that is a space to write what you’re going to do today. It doesn’t have to be health related, just a goal or two for the day.
