As a consultant, he works to transform firms at the individual, team and organisational levels. As a person, he dreams of contributing to society. Ricardo specialises in Distributed Leadership, which is considered to be a set of spontaneous and interconnected collective initiatives. Distributed Leadership relates to talent, team effectiveness and self-coordination and applies to the agile world, liquid organisations, and shared leadership. Ricardo has been an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of People Management and Organisation at ESADE Business School since 2000.
