Synopsis
Sixteen-year-old Ned McAdoo and his younger sister Claire come of age as they grapple with the complications --- at home and at school --- of their father Archie's decision to represent an HIV-positive, gay client in a discrimination lawsuit in the late 1980s, when AIDS was both terrifying and misunderstood.
