Synopsis
新推出邓克生（1911-1976）著《何必遑遑身后名》。作者为著名的经济学者、财经工作者，被列入江苏历代名人。他早年与李锐相识，李老得知邓家后人着手整理先父遗稿，鼓励出版，以97岁高龄题写书名"邓克生补编四种"。时隔8年，邓家后人将"补编四种"重新编排，送交华忆出版社正式出版。改用作者1966年绝命诗的末句七字为新书名。适"文革"爆发整60周年之际，正可借邓公史料所涵盖的多面及典型性，扩展发掘，有助全球史学界对中共历史大事件做全面的不间断地研讨。
此书上下册逾50万字，均为正版文集未予收录的文字。上册第一组收1949年以前的文论、讲话等十余篇；第二组收1950年以后的文论、报告等20多篇；下册第三组为政治运动中的检查交代近30份；第四组为"文革"前期每周一次的"思想回报"共122篇。整理者以"不漏不删"理念，原样精编，堪称相关研究领域"不可多得的历史标本"，早有学者称赞与"《顾准日记》、李慎之的《自述》和邵燕祥的《人生败笔》等一样"有珍贵的历史价值。本书开篇的重编说明中，突出点明革命队伍里的游民问题。结束处选用作者生前好友、著名历史学家黎澍的怀念文章代跋，对革命队伍需要知识分子、却不予信任的现象做精辟分析，为无端遭受猜忌整肃、被残酷迫害的知识分子呼唤公道。"synopsis" may belong to another edition of this title.
